Stopped in for a rest from driving. Chilis is nice for a lot of different types of good food. This location was clean and spacious and not very crowded. Comfortable booths that sat four with room to spare. Our server was attentive, and courteous. The burgers n fries we all got were good but a bit expensive. We enjoyed our meal. We were seated near the bar and heard the bartender announce 'Only two more hours until I leave!' Kinda kills the mood, if he hates being here then maybe something is wrong here. Aside from this 'dude with a tude' everyone else we encountered was fantastic! Knocked my four stars to three! I would recommend this Chilis to a group of 1-6 wanting some food in a casual setting. The exit from this place us a 'fuster cluck'. Instead of turning left from the parking go right behind the shops it'll let you out at a light. A bit out of the way but far less frustration.

God must have loved me today because I was having HUGE cravings for Blue Moon and they were having a special for $3 !! Add a slice of orange and you are right in heaven, signing with the angels. Besides satisfying my thirsts, the food was great, the service was great, the people were great, everything was great! After pounding a few Blue's, all you want to do is KO and the restaurant is conveniently located outside the Hilton Garden Inn. Food Selection: Grilled Salmon with Garlic and Herbs. (Delicious!)

Terrible location to get to and even worse getting out. Service was slow but food was good. Im glad I choose to take ot home though. If the To-Go service was any indication of every other server I would have been pissed staying there.

Restaurant seemed pretty clean. Food was very good which in turn Chilis usually does a good job when it comes to their food. The only disappointment was the service was a little slow. We were seated immediately, however our waitress was a little slow on checking back with us & getting our drinks refilled.

We had an ok service at first. Then we asked for one of the tv's to be changed to a baseball game as ALL the tv's in the restaurant were on soccer and our waiter never made it to that part. After we made our orders we asked another girl to change the channel and she ask what I am assuming to be her manager and she told her no she can't change it and rolled her eyes. Another waitress over heard us talking about the baseball game and finally got the channel changes. After our food came out and we were finished it was forever before we seen our waiter finally we asked for our check and he said u can pay on that( meaning the little electronic device they have on the table for you to play games, order drinks, pay bill, etc) well there was 5 of us total. 2 on one table 3 on another. It gave you no option to split the bill by what you order it gave you the option to split 2 ways evenly or 3 ways. Well that wouldn't be fair to either party as one bill may be more or cheaper than the other. So asked the same "manager" lady for our waiter, and again she rolled her eyes. So we had to complain about that. Also we didn't know that you had to pay 1.99 to play the games on the device as my niece grabbed the machine as soon as we sat down (mind you she is only 11) and started paying. So we complained about that. That it should be stated a little better that it is $2.00 to play on this device that I never asked for. There is just no one on one communication and customer service when it is all done through an electronic device. Over all it was a rude experience.

I'm disappointed. I like the new changes with the menu and little upgrades but it seems that all servants are new and not well prepare and organize. We seen waiters going back and forward and no one stopped by I get our drinks order until later. Food was okay. We ordered the guacamole dip which the waiter have to mix all ingredients in front of you but when he was mixing all of it, he dropped couple pieces of avocado in the big tray and picked it up and put it back in the plate which is a NO NO, you don't know when that tray has been clean or washed. Also my husband got water and his glass smelled funny. My daughter go the grilled chicken and mashed potatoes but she didn't eat her mash potatoes because they were too dry and hard. The bathroom trash was so full that people still was putting trash in it even if it was not room. We always used to see lots of people in the parking lot but this time it was not that busy. Make you wonder ha!

A chilis is a chilis right? This is a good one though, the staff are friendly and the service was relatively quick for such a crowded time of day. We had to park at the adjacent hotel!

Went the re on a Thursday night. Me and my brother order big mouth bites. Both of us wake up on Sunday with a cold. We assume that the chef preparing the food was sick.

It's been 6 years since I've been to a Chilis, and now I remember why. I ordered the margherita flat bread, which seemed innocuous enough, but apparently missed the fact that it had ranch dressing squirted on it like it was a pillsbury toaster strudel. Bleh. Gross. The tomatoes on my salad had that spoiled tomato taste. Even if it's close by and quick, I think I'll take the extra effort and just go elsewhere.

So disappointing. I eat at Chili's frequently enough to know what I wanted prior to walking in the door. The shrimp tacos was on my mind. The first plate of tacos that were brought to my table were absolutely awful. The actual shrimp didn't taste like they had been grilled. They were cold and fat and no sign of grilling. The taco was dry with no kind of sauce. My husbands sour cream enchiladas were cold but tasted OK. I went and got GM. He took my plate back and returned a taco plate of grilled shrimp tacos but too much hot sauce had been put on tacos; they were not edible. The GM did take the order off our bill and offered me something else. By that time we had wasted so much time, I elected to leave. Not an enjoyable lunch.

My family loves Chili's and goes quite frequently! But for two times now we have ordered to take home and was not impressed. It's better food and more portion if you stay in and dine. They didn't give us utensils the second time around either! May have to look for a similar dish elsewhere!

We originally were going to go as a date night on a Friday night. The place was so packed that we couldn't find a parking space and left. We left and tried again a few weeks later.....this time with the kids. We figured we would go a bit earlier to allow for time to get a parking space. We arrived at about 6pm. The lot was packed, but we found a spot and to our surprise we were seated immediately. No wait at all. I ordered a blue moon and we all had water. When my wife's water came out it had a bright lip print of lipstick on the outside rim of the glass. We told the waitress. She said how disgusting the glass looked and took it back. If we had not ordered I would have left then. I ordered the 3 choice sampler my wife had pasta and the kids had fries. I ate the southwest egg rolls and just my thoughts on the glass were enough for me to not finish. The meal was generic and tasted bland. I would go here for drinks but not a meal. And I'd order a glass of beer to avoid lipstick stained glasses.

I got a better salad at Cracker Barrel the weekend before...The lettuce was pretty much all iceberg. There were many of those brown limp spots. The tomatoes were old and should not have been in the restaurant much less in someone's salad. The meal I ordered was completely wrong, but we had gotten a to - go order and since it's an actual restaurant and not fast food, I didn't check it before leaving. Big mistake. I'm pregnant, and certain things make me super nauseous!
